Our End of year celebration will take place at the downtown Appleton YMCA, starting at 4pm on December 2nd!  We will celebrate the tremendous success of our club, while giving our FUZZY FOX award to deserving TRI FOXES.  Don't forget the pizza and other delectable treats, and of course great GIVEAWAYS...many of The Friends of the Foxes have donated cool stuff!  And then the lights will dim, the room will hush, and the world debut of TRI FOX MOVIE 2007!

We also have a very special guest: Tony Free, owner of Griffen Bikes will be here all the way from Texas to help us celebrate.  Tony will bring several Griffen bikes and you are invited to get a custom bike fit and even take a GRIFFEN home  for an "overnight!"  Tony is offereing us VERY special pricing, so if you NEED/WANT a Christmas/Chanukah present, don't miss this chance!

Let's have our biggest turnout ever, and don't forget we will have technical gear, FOX SOX, water bottles, t-shirts, sweats, etc for sale....can you say, STOCKING STUFFER?

TRI 101
The date is set for our TRI 101 planning session:  December 4th, Tuesday, at 7pm at the UNO's restaurant on the corner of CE and 441 in Appleton (in front of Loew's)...we have a room reserved that can hold 45 of us.  We invite everyone to attend and let's brainstorm how we can most effectively welcome newbies into the sport...this is our mission and our vision so let's make it the BEST TRI 101 EVER!!  ALL TRI FOXES are welcome and encouraged to come.....many of you have told us how TRI 101 helped you last year, so please pay it forward!

Midwest Power Yoga is offering us at least one night of special TRI FOX yoga...we did it last year and it was a blast!! What a perfect introduction for the "yoga-virgin" as well as a refresher for the more flexible FOX.  The "lesson" will be $5.00 per person and we are shooting for a Wednesday night in December and maybe in January.  Please let us know at the December meeting if you are interested so we can arrange an appropriate night!

Don't forget the 2 hour spin sessions at the Appleton Y...from 6-8pm on Friday, November 16th and again on November 30th.  This is free if you are a Y member, but you can also request a special 1 day TRI FOX pass if you have not had one before.  Contact the Y to sign up as we have priority registration, but sign up now!
