The title of his talk is "Breaking paradigms..how you can change your life"...Luis is an ex-overweight smoking non-athlete..this will be great! and then......on March 22nd, wear your coconuts, your aloha shirt, your flip-flops, and your sunglasses as The Fox Cities Triathlon Club presents: Hawaiian night...come to the Heart of the Valley YMCA in Kimberly on Saturday night the 22nd from 6-8pm...we will have lap swimming, pool/water games and fun, food, and tropical drinks with little umbrellas! This is our way of having a winter event that should not be influenced by sub-zero wind-chills!

May 10th: Sole Burner
On line registration is now open for the 2008 Sole Burner 5K to be held May 10th. And the Fox Cities Triathlon Club will once again have a team.
Just go to www.soleburner.org and click the link to register. Be sure to register for the Fox Cities Triathlon Club team.
Last year, many newbie's, including kids from the Boys and Girls Brigade used the Sole Burner for their first race as part of preparation for their first triathlon.
And remember, the Sole Burner is a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society. This years goal is $309,000. Much of the money raised by the Sole Burner stays right here in NE Wisconsin to aid families and victims of cancer. Programs like:
Women's issues with integrating in public despite the ravages of chemo-therapy
Breast Cancer Recovery
The ACS Connect Center to aid families with financial and medical issues.
The last day to register and guarantee a t-shirt with the Fox Cities Triathlon Club logo on the back is April 1st. Sign up today! Contact Pete Emerson, email@example.com with any questions.
Welcome to all the new members...will we hit 800 by High Cliff???
